Luke McFerren

Luke McFerren brings a wealth of experience and a unique blend of expertise to STM.

As a licensed physical therapist assistant for over five years and a certified performance trainer based in Lancaster, PA, Luke has honed his skills across a diverse clientele.

His background as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran has instilled a disciplined approach to fitness and rehabilitation, which he applies to all aspects of his personal training and therapy work.

Throughout his career, Luke has specialized in working with individuals at all stages of life—youth, adults, and seniors—as well as clients recovering from injury or surgery.

His recent collaborations include working with Drayer’s team on injury prevention screenings for local high school teams, assisting with strength and conditioning programs for Franklin & Marshall College's soccer and golf teams, and coaching athletes across a number of sports at Lancaster Catholic.

He remains highly passionate about working with athletes from adolescence into adulthood, helping them reach peak performance to go the distance far as they want to in their sport.

He believes functional strength training is essential not just for athletes, but for anyone who wants to move through life strong, capable, and injury-free. At the heart of his philosophy is a simple yet powerful motto: strength through movement.

Kodie Janssen

Owner of Powerlevel Fitness

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Kodie is a seasoned personal trainer based in Lancaster, PA, and the proud owner of Powerlevel Fitness.

A lifelong athlete, Kodie has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their fitness goals, whether they're pursuing athletic performance, weight loss, or general health improvement.

Kodie has a rich background in martial arts, with 20 years of experience in disciplines such as Taekwondo and kickboxing, and has been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2017, currently holding a purple belt.

His diverse expertise across strength training and combat sports, combined with a personalized coaching style, has made him a trusted fitness coach for a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Tobias Greenawalt

Owner of TBT Fitness

Tobias is an experienced group and personal trainer and lifelong athlete, celebrating a decade of experience in a wide range of strength and conditioning training.

A scholastic wrestler by sport, he pivoted after finishing college and began his coaching journey in 2015 by teaching Insanity! and P90X. In 2018, he partnered with NASM and has continued to expand and diversify his skill set, looking to help people from all walks of life reach their full potential.

Based in Lancaster, PA, Tobias has worked with everyone from high school and collegiate athletes to adults in their 70s and 80s—versatility is never in short supply. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, he brings a bootcamp style of training to his sessions, focusing on body reformation and functional fitness.

Most recently, he earned his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification and now also specializes in injury prevention and repair. He left his previous career to do what he loves most: helping individuals look and feel their best.

Prioritizing healthy lifestyle changes and positive reinforcement, you’ll often hear Tobias telling his sweaty, post-workout clients, “If no one else tells you today, I’m proud of you.

LaTricia Morris (Coach LT)

“Plan B”

Coach LT has a rich background in coaching nutrition, fitness, and martial arts. While she has shifted her focus to running her branding agency, Ox & Iron, she remains deeply passionate about learning and sharing martial arts. She periodically works in with STM's martial artists, particularly with striking arts, and co-teaches self-defense seminars, channeling her passion for investing in others.

Outside of her professional pursuits, LT is a dedicated wife and mother of two, with a profound commitment to health and wellness. Her mission in life is to equip and empower others to overcome obstacles, realize their potential, and live as true champions.

Though not actively coaching regular classes, her experiences nationally and globally, training and competing in martial arts, continue to fuel her personal growth and professional endeavors in Lancaster, PA.
