From age 12 through adulthood, STM provides sports performance training for athletes in the gym and teams on their turf. We work to build proper body mechanics and lay a solid foundation to ensure peak performance and longevity.

STM is partnered with local schools to coach athletes on location and at our gym. “Coach Diff” leads team trainings, particularly supporting strength and conditioning, across a number of sports, such as football, basketball, lacrosse, field & track and more.
