What kind of group training do you offer? +

We offer structured group training programs including youth athlete development, strength and conditioning, and martial arts classes. Unlike drop-in fitness chains, our programs are designed with specific goals and progressions. Group sizes vary by program - from small groups for strength training to larger classes for martial arts like kickboxing and BJJ.

What martial arts are available at your facility? +

Our facility specializes in boxing with comprehensive programs for all skill levels. We also provide access to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and kickboxing through our network of qualified independent instructors who operate within our space, giving you access to multiple martial arts disciplines under one roof.

Yes, we offer specialized training support for clients preparing for surgery or recovering from procedures.
